The HR Business Partner leads the HR function and provides both strategic and operational people leadership across the organisation, overseeing the delivery of the People Plan and to ensure a high level of positive employee engagement. The role ensures the effective delivery of HR services while overseeing the day-to-day management of Head Office operations. This includes maintaining full compliance with employment legislation, strengthening organisational culture, supporting business performance, and ensuring a professional and well-functioning workplace for both office based and remote teams. Key Objectives Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience. Oversee performance management and review processes, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and best practice. Provide expert HR and employment law advice to managers and employees on performance, conduct, attendance, wellbeing, and absence management. Lead disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring fairness, compliance, and appropriate resolution. Benchmark and review compensation structures, benefits, and employee reward programmes. Design, source, and implement training and development programmes aligned to business needs. Drive people-focused initiatives including engagement, culture development, and internal communications. Act as a champion for employee engagement and partner closely with Franchise Partners to promote best people practices. Role-model company values, translating them into leadership behaviours and employee standards that strengthen organisational culture. Manage the HR system and related people platforms. Monitoring of whistle-blowing line in place across restaurant estate in the UK In addition to HR leadership, the role will oversee Head Office operations and ensure effective business support and smooth running of the office, including ensuring data compliance, accuracy, and integrity across HR and operational systems and maintaining a professional and efficient office environment. Qualifications and Experience Degree qualified, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) preferably minimum of Level 5 Diploma in HR Management or above Proven HR experience A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs (Bright HR software is an advantage) Experience of Office Management Strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail Strong IT skills Apply now for an immediate interview.
