What you’ll be doing:
* Execute tasks such as excavation, drainage installation, and concrete works
* Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
* Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leaders
* Adhere to health and safety protocols, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
* Assist with temporary works and site setup
* Engage with company policies and values
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in civil engineering or construction projects
* Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
* Ability to recognise and deliver quality work
* Good timekeeping and reliability
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desirable Qualifications
* CSCS Operatives Card
* Plant operator certifications (e.g., excavator, dumper)
* Experience in civil engineering industry
* Full clean driving license (if required to operate company vehicles
