ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking talented and experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians to join our Manchester team to work on a wide range of projects. You must be proficient in Revit and have experience in developing detailed construction information.
Key attributes:
1. Architectural Technician / Technologist with proven experience
2. Experience working at RIBA Work Stages 3-6 and the ability to coordinate with the wider design team.
3. Experience of running projects
4. Ability to clearly present technical information
5. High level of technical expertise and good communication skills
6. Experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications
7. Working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations
8. Advanced experience in coordinating projects and producing details in Autodesk Revit.
