The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Sixth Form
* Adapt and follow existing schemes of work and resources
* Manage behaviour confidently to ensure a positive and focused learning environment
* Monitor student engagement and provide constructive feedback in line with school expectations
* Collaborate with the school’s permanent staff to uphold high standards of teaching and learning
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Have a degree in your subject area or strong experience in secondary education
* Are confident teaching across multiple key stages (KS3–KS5 desirable)
* Can adapt quickly to new classroom environments and handle short-notice assignments
* Are professional, organised, and committed to student success and well-being
