While you might not have heard of us (yet) over 36,000 accounting and audit professionals list Caseware as a skill on their LinkedIn profiles!As Caseware enters its next phase of growth within the UK corporate sector, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to help expand our presence and unlock new opportunities across the market.This role is a pure account management role focused on retaining, expanding, and developing Caseware’s within existing clients in the accounting sector, with a particular emphasis on firms outside of the UK and Ireland top 100.You will be responsible for both new business development and account growth, using a consultative sales approach to identifyopportunities for upselling licences, professional services, and cross-selling across the wider Caseware portfolio. Caseware believe in nurturing talent and this role is an entry point into a growing sales team.
What you will do:
1. Revenue Growth & Account Management:
2. Retain and grow revenue within assigned corporate and government accounts
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned accounts.
4. Achieve and exceed agreed annual sales targets (minimum £250,000)
5. Build and execute a strategic territory plan
6. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
7. Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
8. Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing features, benefits, and value
9. Apply consultative selling techniques to drive product adoption and increase client satisfaction
10. Strengthen long-term client relationships to maximise retention and NPS
11. Respond to inbound enquiries promptly and professionally
12. Marketing & Brand Representation:
13. Partner with Marketing to deliver territory-specific campaigns and engagement strategies
14. Represent Caseware at industry events, webinars, seminars, and client meetings
15. Support the preparation of marketing collateral and campaign resources
16. Operational Excellence:
17. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
18. Follow established sales processes and procedures
19. Manage priority tasks and opportunities effectively
20. Support sales administration and wider team initiatives as required
What you will bring:
21. Proven success in software, SaaS, ERP, or technology sales
22. Experience building and executing a territory plan
23. Consistent achievement of sales quotas in a high-growth environment
24. Strong forecasting and pipeline management capability
25. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
26. Commercial awareness and consultative selling mindset
27. Knowledge of the accounting or audit profession (advantageous but not essential)
