Health Care Training Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Training Manager to deliver training to our care staff. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training, supporting compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement and business plans.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Working hours: 40 hours per week
You will provide high-quality training for new care professionals, ensuring they achieve the necessary competence in their roles. You will also train existing staff as needed, using various methodologies including face-to-face, remote, and online sessions.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Planning and facilitating weekly induction programmes for new staff.
2. Preparing and maintaining course materials in line with current legislation and best practices.
3. Delivering refresher training to existing staff.
4. Mentoring staff to support retention and development.
Qualifications and experience required:
* Experience in delivering training within the Health & Social Care sector.
* Knowledge of adult social care and relevant qualifications.
* Understanding of CQC standards in social care settings.
* Teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent.
* Experience in coordinating training for diverse learning styles.
Skills needed:
* Excellent organisational, communication, written, oral, and numeracy skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Full driving license.
