We are recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join a dynamic engineering business that supplies high-quality liquid and powder process solutions across a range of industries including food, beverage, bakery, and dairy.

What will you be doing?
* Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, contracts, inductions, and offboarding
* Maintain HR records using SharePoint and BreatheHR, ensuring GDPR compliance
* Support recruitment by liaising with agencies, organising interviews, and coordinating onboarding
* Act as the first point of contact for people-related matters, supported by external HR advisors
* Coordinate training, probation reviews, one-to-ones, and team development
* Meet and greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and coordinate meeting room bookings
* Order and manage stock levels of office supplies and refreshments
* Help organise internal company events and team activities
* Assist with health & safety compliance including fire checks and first aid support (training provided)
* Support the Purchasing Coordinator and assist with goods in/out where necessary
* Manage IT equipment allocation and procurement with external IT provider
* Maintain vehicle documentation and conduct annual licence checks
What do you need?
* Previous experience as an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of initiative, energy, and professionalism
* Experience working with or reporting to senior management
* Knowledge of engineering or manufacturing environments is beneficial, but not essential
