The People Operations team are the core of the People Department. We are looking for a People Data Analyst to support with the team's data analytics. This is a great opportunity to join a happy, successful team and develop your People and data experience in this dynamic organisation.
This role can either be based in Chatham in Kent or Wolverhampton
What you will be doing:
As the People Data Analyst, you will support the People function by harnessing data and technology to help improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for People analytics, systems, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include…
* Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI to provide insights into workforce trends and support strategic decision-making
* Producing regular and ad hoc reports to validate data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support People-related initiatives
* Collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative People data to identify key trends and inform business strategy
* Supporting the maintenance of the People system (Dayforce), ensuring data accuracy and optimal system performance
* Managing the People team's purchase order process, ensuring timely review and submission for all recruitment, contractor, and monthly People-related invoices
* Collaborating with the team to manage the end-to-end administration of the employee lifecycle, including accurate and timely updates for new starters, internal moves, and leavers
* Managing the People inbox, triaging queries efficiently and escalating when necessary

We offer a base salary depending on experience of £23,000 - £25,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

Do you have the skills?
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
* Previous experience in a people function or learning analytics
* Previous experience working with people (HR) systems, ideally Dayforce
* GCSE's in Maths and English
