What youll actually be doing
* Hitting 15 calls a day across your patch - convenience stores, new doors, existing stockists
* Building distribution and getting the brands into the strike zone where shoppers can actually see them
* Creating eye-catching displays using POS and activation kit
* Managing your own stock like its yours (because it kind of is)
* Spotting gaps in your call file and filling them - this isnt a "just work the list" role
* Route planning thats smart, not just busy
Youre probably someone who...
Has done this before. Field sales is in your DNA. You know how to open a new door, win share of space and build a display that stops someone mid-aisle.
You plan your day properly. You dont just drive around hoping you think about coverage, efficiency and making every call count.
You like being the person who owns their patch. Not someone waiting to be told what to do.
Experience matters, but its not everything
