Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor for a full-time or part-time position, based in Gloucester. The Field Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, support and guide care staff, and ensure the quality of services provided meets organisational standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting staff assessments, facilitating training, coordinating rotas, and maintaining relationships with clients and their families to address their evolving care needs.
Qualifications
* Experience in supervision, team leadership, and staff coordination
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of care planning and quality control within the care sector
* Proficiency in organisational and time management abilities
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and health & safety standards
* Ability to empathize and build trusting relationships with clients and staff
* A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Experience in the care industry or supervisory roles is a plus
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care is preferred
