Our client is a highly regarded private members' club renowned for its exceptional dining and first-class service. They are now looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join their talented kitchen team, contributing to a variety of menus from restaurant service to bespoke events.

1. £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef…
11. Preparing high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods for both à la carte and event menus
12. Contributing creative ideas for seasonal menus and special occasions
13. Ensuring consistency, precision and presentation in every dish
14. Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene practices
15. Working collaboratively within a well-structured pastry and kitchen team
