Jade Palace Restaurant is a long-established Chinese restaurant located in the heart of Hamilton. We are well-known locally for our authentic Chinese cuisine and warm customer service. As part of our growth plan, we are now expanding our marketing team to strengthen both our online presence and community engagement.
The Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and implement the restaurant's marketing strategy across both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the restaurant's overall marketing and brand strategy.
* Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Redbook/Xiaohongshu) and create engaging content.
* Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, including holiday promotions, themed events, and customer loyalty activities.
* Organise and promote community-based or in-restaurant events, such as food tastings, cultural celebrations, and VIP member gatherings.
* Design marketing materials and promotional content (both digital and print).
* Monitor and respond to customer engagement on Google Business and social media.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
* Track marketing performance and prepare reports.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, event management, or brand promotion.
* Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
* Creative mindset with strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Chinese culture, F&B, or the hospitality industry is an advantage

Pay: £35,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
