This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of practical ability, customer service, and teamwork. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that help maintain our properties to a high standard. Role Responsibilities Collection and delivery of goods throughout the Borough Supporting the wider team with clearances Carrying out electric and gas top-ups Meeting suppliers and contractors on site when required Replacing light bulbs and checking smoke alarms, demonstrating a proactive approach and commitment to safety standards Installation of key safes Working collaboratively with the Voids, Disrepair, Repairs and Maintenance teams Role Criteria: Strong teamwork skills and a reliable approach to work Ability to deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude Effective communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal abilities Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently, showing confidence and initiative A methodical and dependable approach, with a focus on safety, quality and cost control Full UK driving licence required Benefits we can offer you Company Van & Fuel Card Company Uniform 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Annual Mears Fun Day - Our annual Fun Day is organised as a massive thank you from the Executive team for all the hard work!
