Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our dynamic Planning team in our Newcastle office, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Due to changes in Government Legislation, we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore we cannot accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career who require work sponsored Visas.
What are we looking for?
 * RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree in Geography, Town Planning/Urban Planning or Built Environment.
 * A logical and analytical approach.
 * Great problem‑solving and communication skills.
 * Ability to use own initiative and think outside the box.
Work experience in Town/Urban Planning would be advantageous but is not essential; you will learn on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
