We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Account Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth from existing accounts, winning new business, and ensuring long-term success through outstanding relationship management. You will act as a key liaison between the client and internal stakeholders, taking full ownership of accounts and ensuring our services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
. Overachieve revenue and profit targets for nominated accounts. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Create and manage annual Account Plans. Manage customer contracts and SLAs. Introduce and promote the full range of services. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Monitor and report on customer performance against KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence. Stay informed of customer business developments, competitors, and market trends. Present tailored solutions to maximise customer value and efficiency. Act as the customer advocate within the business. Identify and pursue cross-functional service opportunities. Manage projects and process improvements within key accounts. Drive transparency, efficiency, and cost reduction in operations. Deliver regular reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders. Achievement of revenue, profit, and growth targets. Successful delivery of Account Plans. Consistent new business wins. High levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders. Travel: Some UK and international travel may be required
Experience & Qualifications: Essential:
. Demonstrable success in a similar client-facing role within the logistics industry. Proven record of exceeding revenue and profit targets. Experience in growing and developing key accounts. Strong understanding of B2B environments and stakeholder management. New business development success. Full clean driving licence
