The Role
As Year 4 Teacher, you will:
Take full class responsibility for a Year 4 class
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Differentiate effectively to meet a range of abilities, including some SEN needs
Work closely with your parallel Year 4 teacher to share planning and resources
Use assessment to inform teaching and track pupil progress
Attend staff meetings, parent consultations and school training

Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Hold UK QTS
Have experience teaching in KS2 (Year 3-6)
Demonstrate secure curriculum knowledge
Be confident managing behaviour and supporting mixed-ability learners
Work well as part of a team
Be able to commit from February half term through to July, with potential to extend
Strong ECTs will be considered, and the school has experience supporting early career teachers alongside experienced staff.
