We’re looking for a fabulous Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As part of this role, you will support local marketing initiatives, build strong relationships with store and shopping centre stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and communications.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Be the go-to contact for store queries via the dedicated inbox, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
2. Coordinate with shopping centres and internal teams to support marketing campaigns, activations, and collaborative events.
3. Manage marketing assets, including barcodes, POS materials, digital screen content, and social media packs, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines.
4. Build strong relationships with store teams, shopping centre reps, and cross-functional departments to support seamless operations.
5. Support campaign execution, store relaunches, and brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining accurate databases and meeting key deadlines.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Organised and proactive person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-team collaboration.
* Detail-oriented multitasker with strong written and verbal communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of Adobe packages.
* Passionate about retail marketing, campaign execution, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
* Experience in retail or similar roles is beneficial and an understanding of brand-led marketing.
