We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering packages to multiple locations within a specified area, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery Management:
* Safely load, transport, and deliver packages to multiple locations within the designated delivery route.
* Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, adhering to the scheduled delivery times.
* Use navigation tools to follow efficient delivery routes.
* Customer Service:
* Provide friendly and professional customer service during each delivery.
* Collect necessary signatures or proof of delivery as required.
* Documentation and Reporting:
* Accurately complete delivery logs, mileage records, and any other required documentation.
* Report any delivery discrepancies, delays, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
* Experience:
* Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a multi-drop or similar role.
* Familiarity with the local area and delivery routes.
* Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25kg
* Physically fit and able to handle the demands of loading and unloading packages.
* Licenses and Certifications:
* Valid driver's license with no more than 6 point
