What will you do?
* Run your own caseload of claimant Catastrophic Injury PI claims - under supervision
* Take initial instructions
* Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
* Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
* Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
* Instruct and brief counsel
* Diarise & comply with court timetables
What will you need?
* To already be a Grade A Fee Earner
* 5+ years experience (ideally handling Multi-Track personal injury cases)
* EL/PL experience
* Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
* Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal
