We’re looking for a Mobile Plant Operator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials – where your skills help keep the heart of our production beating. What You’ll Be Doing: Plan & Prepare : You’ll help plan daily production based on customer needs and plant capabilities. Operate with Precision : Start-up, shut-down, and optimise plant performance to keep everything running smoothly. Inspect & Maintain : Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on both static and mobile plant equipment – keeping everything safe and efficient. Drive & Deliver : Operate mobile plant machinery including Front-End Loaders (FEL) and dumpers to move materials and feed the plant. Fuel the Flow : Refuel machines and ensure all operations are carried out safely and to the highest standards. Record & Report : Keep accurate records to support site management and compliance.
