As part of an expanding Building Standards & Public Safety team of Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability and reporting to a Team Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Council and service targets, objectives and national Performance Framework criteria, whilst monitoring personal workload and maintaining appropriate records to achieve performance indicators and timescales.
As a developmental role we provide training and support to help achieve full membership of a relevant professional institute and progress to be a Building Standards Surveyor.
