This an exciting opportunity for a career in the logistics industry within a well-established distribution company. The main functions of the role are:-
* Planning collections and deliveries.
* Scheduling the fleet ensuring drivers are allocated to vehicles and loads.
* Ensuring drivers are on track with their deliveries and collections.
* Dealing with any problems drivers may have while out on the road and liaising with the end customer.
* Administration support with tasks such as order entry, data input and cost control.
Educated to minimum Higher Grade standard
* Computer literate
* Good organisational skills
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm approx but can be discussed further in interview stage.
