Main Purpose of the Role
The Digital Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our online clothing business. This role combines data management, digital process improvement, and technical problem-solving to help optimise our systems and workflows. Working across different digital platforms, you'll assist in maintaining and improving online tools, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the integration between systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in technology and organisation who wants to learn how e-commerce operations function behind the scenes while contributing to meaningful digital improvements.
Responsibilities and duties
. Assist with maintaining and improving digital tools, dashboards, and internal systems.
· Support the integration and automation of data between platforms (e.g. e-commerce site, logistics, reporting tools).
· Help monitor and analyse performance metrics for sales, inventory, and logistics.
· Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through software or process enhancements.
· Carry out data cleansing, uploads, and maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy across systems.
· Assist in the testing and rollout of new digital tools or features.
· Work with colleagues across the whole business to improve visibility and communication through digital solutions.
· Provide analytical support to the data department for finance-related tasks and initiatives

Person Specification
. A keen interest in digital systems, technology, or data management.
. Good attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
. Willingness to learn new software, spreadsheets and problem-solve technical issues.
. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
. Previous experience with website management, databases, or data analysis (desirable).
. Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a natural aptitude for problem-solving (desirable).
. Familiarity with or interest in coding, APIs, or automation tools (e.g. Python, Automation Flows, Power BI and others).
