Remote Nordic Language Speaking Customer Service Representative (Maternity Cover)
Location: Working from Home, Laptop will be provided.

Contract Options: 12 Month Agency Assignment
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You may be required to work some UK bank holidays and take Nordic bank holidays instead, in line with business requirements.
Pay Rate: £12.87 per hour

Manpower is proud to be partnering with Johnson & Johnson Vision, to recruit a Customer Service Representative to support the Nordic market within the Customer Service team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, customer-focused environment, supporting customers across multiple Nordic regions. You will act as a key point of contact, managing orders, enquiries, and customer interactions while delivering exceptional service in line with departmental service level agreements.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, taking full ownership of queries and driving first-contact resolution wherever possible.
Important: This role is 100% remote. You must have a reliable internet connection and be able to communicate effectively with team members throughout working hours. You should be comfortable working independently, while maintaining a high level of accountability and ownership for your work.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, enquiries, and complaints via telephone and email.
* Manage inbound and outbound customer communications effectively.
* Maintain SLA performance and contribute to EMEA KPI targets.
* Log and manage customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
* Manage manual processes for failed EDI and eCommerce orders.
* Support automation initiatives and process improvements across systems.
* Handle credit and debit note processing and account amendments.
* Manage returns and recall processes in line with procedures.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Support commercial, sales, and marketing teams with customer insights and service delivery.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and business initiatives.
About You
You’ll be a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll take ownership of your work and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a customer service role (telephone-based preferred).
* Fluent in English, Swedish and Finnish/or Finnish only as preferred language but other Nordic languages could be of interest as well.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational, numerical, and administrative skills.
* Good IT skills and experience with data entry and CRM systems.
* Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative approach.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of SAP systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Additional EMEA language skills.
* Experience or knowledge of the Eye Care Profession (ECP).
