DVLA Enforcement Officer

These include comprehensive parking and street management solutions that contribute to creating a great place to work and live. Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?
* Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
* Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
* Works alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
* Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
* Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
* Completes daily reports regarding activities.
What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer?
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Self Motivated
* Customer Focused
* Ability to work shifts
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential.
* Ability to work shifts: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30 & every other Saturday 9 – 12.
