This is a permanent, part‑time position of 20.9 hours per week (salary pro‑rata). The shift pattern is 5/7. This role is available to join our Unscheduled Care team in the RAH as a band 4 Assistant Practitioner. The unscheduled team covers unscheduled care wards along with all boarders across the RAH site.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct clinical care for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy including assessment, treatment planning and discharge planning, with the caseload identified following a set criteria.
* Be clinically responsible for managing own caseload, with both formal and informal support and supervision from qualified staff.
Qualifications
* Patient centred with developed rehabilitation knowledge and skills.
* Flexible approach to work day, dynamic problem solver, team player with good communication skills.
* Keen to participate in furthering the development of the service.
