Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Clinical Lead to join the Regional Senior team. This new dedicated IRC role will cover three immigration centres: Gatwick IRC, Heathrow IRC, and Derwentside IRC.
This role offers 4 days a week (30 hours) with shift patterns to be discussed. The annual salary is up to £58,012 per annum full‑time, depending on experience.

Main Duties
* Provide nursing and Allied Health Professional (AHP) leadership in primary care to develop high-quality, safe, and cost-effective services.
* Provide leadership across the region’s primary care services, supporting the network.
* Support the Head of Primary Care in implementing the nursing strategy.
* Act as a role model, encouraging effective working relationships and a cohesive regional team.
* Represent Health in Justice with external agencies, NHS England, regional commissioners, other providers, networks, patients, communication groups, and national bodies.
* Maintain a visible presence in clinical areas, ensuring patients and staff can seek information, help, or share successes.

Qualifications (Essential)
* Registered Nurse (MMC).
* Specialist qualification or substantial experience in Health in Justice Services or equivalent primary care experience.
* Non‑medical prescriber credential or willingness to undertake the course.
* Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge with the ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Experience
* Experience working in hospital, community, or prison environments.
