Working for a division of the Health and Social services group within the Welshernment.
Your new role
1. Provide aprehensive operational support service, including screening court applications and orders, formatting confidential documentation, draftingmunications and minutes to a high standard, arranging meetings, monitoring iingmunications, filing and other administrative duties whilst working to tight timescales.
2. Deal with sensitive telephone discussions and queries with service users.
3. Contribute to the maintenance of internal records, including case related information, ensuring iShare records areplete and enabling effectivepliance with Data Protection and Freedom of Information requirements.
4. Working withplex CRM systems.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Excellent customer service skills, active listening skills and showing empathy and understanding.
6. High level of administrative experience, along with any case management experience
7. Experience working with CRMs, confident in navigating different systems and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
8. Must pass a DBS check
What you'll get in return
9. £ per hour
10. Temporary role for an initial period of 6 months, with a possible extension
11. Hybrid working, 2 days in office once training isplete.
12. 37 hours per week
13. DBS check will be covered by agency.
