Large Format Additive Manufacturing (CMS Kreator) & Composites Manufacturing/Tooling
The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion to develop and manufacture the initial 1st off production parts. You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes to improve manufacturing, safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
2. Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production processes and evaluate potential changes
4. Develop Prepreg templates and nesting for NC cutting tables
Qualifications
1. HNC Mechanical Engineering or quantifiable technical experience
2. At least 4 years of engineering experience
3. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S
4. MRP experience is beneficial
5. An understanding of RCA & RCCA
