This is a demanding role, but working as part of a large and highly skilled brigade, you and the restaurant kitchen team will cater for the hotel’s multi award-winning restaurant, constantly meeting and exceeding guest expectations. It is preferred that you come from a minimum of a 2 AA Rosette background, but the position is also open to those who can demonstrate thorough knowledge, commitment, and dedication to the trade.

Qualifications/Experience required:
* Experience with fresh produce
* Preferably minimum of 2 AA Rosette standard
* Approximately 1-2 years of experience at this level
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate are essential
* Small luxury hotel experience
* Solid and stable background
* Fast learner, eager to learn
* Motivated, passionate, and dedicated worker
