Responsibilities
* Support people in their homes and local communities to live independently.
* Provide focused, tailored support where needed and assist with daily enrichment activities.
* Enable access to local communities and activities and promote healthy, fulfilling lives.
About you / Qualifications
* Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of healthcare work, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training.
* As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
* Ability to engage with people we support and support their independence.
