The Role In this pivotal role, will work for our Operations Director and will be responsible for providing efficient support consisting of, but not limited to, handling communications, scheduling, record-keeping, and document preparation This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. Key Responsibilities Provide executive support to the Operations Director and ad hoc support to other Directors Manage busy diaries and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events Handle communications with discretion and professionalism Arrange complex travel and prepare detailed itineraries Prepare reports, presentations, and other key business documents Support internal and external event planning and execution Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient workflow Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all times What We're Looking For Experience in a similar executive or administrative assistant role Administrative diploma or equivalent qualification Strong experience with Outlook and diary management Proven ability to coordinate travel and anticipate potential issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Proactive, resilient, and highly organised with a sharp eye for detail Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure Experience with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or data entry (desirable) Why Join?
