Electrical Site Manager – Sidcup
A growing and well-established electrical contracting business in Sidcup is looking for an Electrical Site Manager to manage electrical projects on site across schools, hospitals, commercial offices, and other sectors. Role Overview
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per year (depending on experience) + Company vehicle, bonus, healthcare package, and progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
* Plan and coordinate resources, schedules, and operational delivery.
* Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams regarding project delivery.
* Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement on site.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
* Experience within construction, electrical, civils, or utilities environments is preferred.
