Responsibilities include:
* Carrying out accurate residential property valuations
* Advising clients on pricing, marketing strategy, and local market conditions
* Winning new business and building strong relationships in the community
* Supporting negotiations to secure the best outcomes for buyers and sellers
* Contributing to office targets and ongoing growth
Basic salary will be structured around performance, with strong earning potential based on instructions won and properties sold.What We’re Looking For
* Experience in property valuations and residential sales
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
* Target-driven, professional, and commercially aware
* Organised, proactive, and ambitious
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
