Supported Living Team Leader (Agency – Ongoing Role)

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting an experienced Supported Living Team Leader to join a well-established service in Walsall. This is an ongoing agency role offering consistent hours and the opportunity to make a real difference in supported living services.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in supported living
* Experience working with service users with mental health needs
* Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
* Medication administration experience
* Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (minimum requirement)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to complete shift leadership and documentation duties
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and supporting a team of support workers on shift
* Ensuring high-quality care is delivered at all times
* Administering and overseeing medication safely
* Supporting service users with daily living and independence skills
* Managing and responding to challenging behaviour appropriately
* Completing care plans, shift reports, and documentation
* Promoting a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment
