Our client, a well recognised and successful manufacturing company in London have an immediate role for a permanent Warehouse Stores Assistant to join their team.
Reporting to the warehouse manager, you will be responsible for:
Working with Goods-in to ensure all goods-in are efficiently received and accurately booked on the IT System
Working with Goods-Out to ensure all dispatches are made on time
Identifying, investigating and correcting any discrepancies.
Liaising effectively with the Customer Service and Workshop teams
Storing and rotating stock and goods as required
Complete cycle counts accurately and on time
Reporting any damaged or missing goods
Complying with Health and Safety at Work, Manual Handling etc
Covering various duties in the warehouse and parts storeroom as required.
Any other duties as and when required.The ideal candidate will be self motivated and a good team player.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
