We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team at Millom and take responsibility for the routine maintenance of our buildings and equipment. You’ll need to be:
* Practically minded, with a natural ability to fix things – from basic plumbing to maintaining light machinery
* Flexible and willing to turn your hand to whatever needs doing on site, including helping our Despatch team when needed
* Proactive and able to spot where things could be improved
* Responsible – you’ll open the site in the morning and be part of our out of hours call‑out rota
* Brilliant at communicating and comfortable using a PC
