At Leader Education, we are seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant to support children within a SEND school catering for both primary and secondary students based in Blyth, Northumberland. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a genuine interest in helping them reach their full potential.
The normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Candidate Requirements
* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
* Experience with autism, learning difficulties, or complex needs is preferred
* Support development of social and emotional skills

* Ability to adapt learning materials to meet student needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working
