Job Description:
Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 181-bedroom hotel in Herefordshire features a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, set in 20 acres of green fields.
Hourly Rate: £14.35 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie, you will ensure the smooth running of a section of the kitchen, working collaboratively with team members and the Executive/Head Chef to ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets Warner Hotel standards.
Candidate requirements:
* An enthusiastic chef with a passion for food
* Pride in the quality of food served
* Understanding of working in a branded environment
Skills needed:
* Ability to work across multiple sections, including grill and larder
* Preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and plating dishes according to hotel menus and customer requirements
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for safe food preparation
