Responsibilities
* Partner with CRO Managers to support technical feasibility assessments, sizing, prioritisation, and delivery across CRO, future capability, and personalisation roadmaps.
* Collaborate closely with UX, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to create test‑ready assets and customer experiences.
* Build and configure experiments across CRO platforms, ensuring high‑quality QA reviews and accurate implementation.
* Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver reliable CRO experiments with correct audiences, triggers, targeting, and measurement rules.
* Monitor experiments in real time, ensuring sample balance, tracking accuracy, audience behaviour integrity, and overall experiment validity.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including requirements, test logs, outcomes, and associated tickets.
* Contribute to an open, learning‑focused experimentation culture, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
* Provide guidance and training to Engineering colleagues on CRO best practices, supporting their ongoing development.
* Work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver high‑quality tests, insights, and tracking implementations.
Qualifications
* Experience with digital optimisation and CRO programmes, including the use of experimentation tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, or LaunchDarkly.
* Hands‑on skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and feature flags to deliver accurate, high‑quality front‑end and full‑stack CRO activities.
* Understanding of statistical significance and key digital performance metrics, with the ability to interpret experiment outcomes.
* Collaborative approach, working confidently with UX, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to shape and develop test variants.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple experiments simultaneously, and a proactive, curious mindset to develop advanced CRO capabilities.
