We are seeking a General Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs and deliver targeted interventions to groups and individuals. This role is ideal for candidates interested in pursuing a teaching career.
You will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality support to students throughout their school day at The Joseph Rowntree School. Under the guidance of teachers and team leaders, you will assist with work, care, and support programmes to facilitate access to learning and help deliver the curriculum.
Personal qualities should include energy, enthusiasm, assertiveness, high standards, a strong personality, a sense of humor, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
