KPI Recruiting are currently hiring Trailer Builders / Assembly Operatives to join a busy and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good hands-on skills to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 06:30 – 16:30.
The rate of pay is £12.40 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assemble new trailer products according to customer requirements and install factory-selected options
* Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials in preparation for builds
* Verify specifications and take accurate measurements to ensure correct assembly
* Use power tools and hand tools for component installation
* Check that all parts are fitted and secured correctly to maintain quality standards
* Troubleshoot assembly issues and carry out basic repairs where needed
* Report errors or defects to the supervisor immediately
* Complete production and quality control forms accurately
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and maintain a clean work environment
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience with hand tools and/or power tools preferred
2. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
3. Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions or drawings
