What You’ll Be Doing As Waste & Recycling Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day management and future development of waste and recycling operations across multiple sites. You’ll be responsible for: Driving innovative waste and recycling solutions Analysing operational data to improve performance and efficiencies Managing supplier and contractor relationships Delivering against KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets Ensuring full compliance with waste legislation and health & safety standards Overseeing waste streams from collection through to recycling or disposal Identifying new opportunities to improve sustainability and commercial performance Leading and developing a motivated operational team What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who combines operational expertise with commercial awareness and strong leadership skills. You’ll Ideally Have: Experience within the waste & recycling sector Strong knowledge of operational compliance and contractor management Experience managing multiple projects or contracts simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and reporting abilities Logistics or supply chain experience A proactive, solutions-focused mindset The ability to motivate teams and drive performance Bonus Points For: Textile recycling experience Experience within retail, warehousing, or distribution operations Why apply?
