About the Role Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit fluent Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools across Cardiff. As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with their learning in both Welsh and English. Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons. Work with individuals and small groups to provide targeted support. Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), where required. Encourage children to reach their full potential both academically and socially. About You We are looking for candidates who are: Fluent Welsh speakers (essential). Experienced working with children (school, childcare, coaching or similar). Passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey. Patient, approachable and able to build positive relationships. Flexible and reliable, with good communication skills. Confident supporting the National Curriculum in a classroom setting. Desirable (but not essential): Experience working in a primary school setting. Knowledge of Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
