Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Live Music Group
I'm working exclusively with, an independent hospitality group known for its vibrant live music venues and great nights out. They’re now looking to appoint a Marketing Manager, a key strategic role responsible for shaping the brand voice and growing the presence of their much-loved venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer who understands how to connect with a young, sociable audience across digital platforms, live events and brand partnerships. You’ll lead the marketing function across the group, overseeing all comms activity and managing a Social Media & Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the marketing strategy across all venues, including digital, social media, print and PR
* Plan and deliver campaigns that promote the venues year-round and support key events
* Manage brand presence across websites, newsletters, digital ads and all social platforms
* Oversee external agencies, designers and PR contacts to deliver outstanding content and artwork
* Act as a brand ambassador at industry and social events, building relationships and increasing visibility
* Work closely with Directors, Heads of Department and Venue Managers to align on campaign planning and creative output
* Manage the marketing budget and report on performance and ROI
* Drive growth and engagement across social channels and digital touchpoints
* Support venue teams to ensure in-venue branding and marketing materials are current and on-brand
What we’re looking for:
* Experience leading marketing activity within hospitality, entertainment, live events or a lifestyle brand
* Strong digital and social media expertise, with a flair for creating engaging, shareable content
* Excellent planning, communication and leadership skills
* Confident managing stakeholders, external agencies and internal teams
* A calm and professional approach, with the ability to lead by example
* Data-led, with experience in campaign analysis and reporting
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
