We're working in partnership with several secondary schools who are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to provide classroom and pupil support across a range of subjects and year groups.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and want to gain valuable experience within a secondary school setting.
The Role:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Provide additional support to students with SEND or EHCPs
* Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement
* Support pupils with their academic and social development
Ideal for:
* Aspiring teachers or education professionals
* Graduates in education, psychology, or related fields
* Individuals with experience in youth work, care, or support roles

What We're Looking For:
* Patient, reliable, and supportive individuals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young people
* Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable, not essential)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
