Quantity Surveyor Swansea | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Sector: Residential Social Housing | New Build Development About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing property development company based in South Wales, specialising in high-quality social housing. Key Responsibilities * Estimates & Appraisals – Prepare initial cost estimates and feasibility appraisals. * Tendering – Lead and manage the full tendering process. * Budgeting – Develop, finalise, and maintain project budgets. * Cashflows – Produce and manage detailed project cashflow forecasts (incoming/outgoing). * Commercial Management – Prepare monthly CVRs, cashflows, and variance analysis. * Valuations – Measure and value completed works on-site. * Payment Certification – Issue and manage payment certificates, assess contractor claims, and handle disputes.
