Field Technician
We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

We want to hear from you if you have the following experience:
* Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
* Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support for customers.
* Escalating issues via Field or Senior Engineers to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
* Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues efficiently.
* Ideally, experience with IP networks and knowledge of working on network infrastructure products and PCs.
