Female Support Worker Pay rate: £14 Shift pattern: 14:30pm - 21:30pm / 21:30 - 08:30 A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Doncaster.This person has complex clinical needs, tracheostomy, uses ventilation, and has a PEG feed and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. Your role will be all about building a strong, trusting relationship with this young person, understanding their needs, and supporting them to live life to the fullest.You'll bring a caring and empathetic approach, a willingness to have fun, and a passion for making a real difference in their life.While experience in complex care is desirable, what's most important is that you have a heart for supporting others and a desire to make a positive impact. What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a 1 :1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
