Location: Vision Products Hours: 37 per week Start Date: 30/03/2026 End Date: ongoing Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 Pay Rate: £13.26 PAYE About the Client Vision Products delivers essential Community Equipment Services across Rhondda Cynon Taf, supporting residents with timely, safe and effective provision of equipment. The service operates within a small, dedicated office environment where professionalism, accuracy and customer care are central to daily operations. The Role The Customer Service Assistant will support the Community Equipment Service by managing customer enquiries, coordinating equipment deliveries and collections, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role requires a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming telephone queries with professionalism, accuracy and care Coordinate delivery, collection and repair appointments by liaising with clients to arrange suitable dates within order requirements Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the service Maintain accurate records and data input to support operational efficiency Work effectively as part of a small office team to meet service demands Candidate Requirements Recent and proven customer service experience Confident general IT skills, including email management and data input Ability to work collaboratively within a small office environment Strong communication and organisational skills Professional, reliable and able to manage a varied workload
